I was having a terrible stay at the hotel next door, and Andrea at the front desk really understood how upset I was. She was a doll and did a lot to make this stay far better than I expected. I ended up staying an extra day. Lesson learned, I'm sticking with the Marriott family. You know what to expect, and they deliver.

We arrived around 2 a.m. after a fire at our house, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even gave us a good discount. This place is great.

While we were in town for a funeral, we stayed at Fairfield and had a pleasant time. The room was roomy and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite.

I was traveling all day during a family emergency and had hoped to rely on Marriott, since I'm a loyal, frequent customer. The check-in was the worst I've experienced. Manager Joseph A. was incredibly disrespectful, and the clerk was disrespectful too and wouldn't let me speak to the manager. When I asked for information about someone above him, Joseph A. said there wasn't anyone. I cancelled and drove all the way to Lancaster to another Marriott, which was 100 times better and reminded me why I've grown to love Marriott. This place is ruining the Marriott name. Stay far away.

The indoor pool and hot tub stay open until midnight. The bathrooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, and you can walk to town.
