The buffet breakfast was the one real low point, and I hope it was just an off weekend. A few of the women working there seemed frustrated when people asked questions, and the setup was chaotic. I understand Fairfield has moved away from self-service for some main items, but the system wasn't working well: juice had no cups, some plastic utensils were missing, and the waffle stations were a struggle. A tour group left early for its bus, so the trash bins were already full near the start of the morning. There were outlets and even older Ethernet connections, but once again, no USB ports. The room had no USB ports either, which surprised me, though my own charger covered that. Water pressure stayed good, and the hot water came quickly at the sink and shower. The room wasn't well insulated from outside noise, so I heard quite a bit of traffic in the afternoon and overnight. Hallway noise was louder than expected too, but neither was enough to put me off the hotel. The bed and pillows were good, and I enjoyed a nap after arriving. My view was a parking lot, which was fine since I wasn't planning to spend time looking outside. Cleanliness was a real plus for me. The lobby and room were very clean, and that held up through my one-night stay. The desk team member welcomed me with a smile, explained the amenities, and pointed out the closest elevator. The elevators were quick and worked efficiently. There's a CVS nearby for anything you forgot to pack. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, and there's a bar and grill for light food. Monte, the bartender, was terrific at making people feel welcome and made tasty drinks. I can still recommend this spot, especially if you're visiting SeaWorld. I hope they sort out the breakfast problems, since it can leave guests with a bad last impression.

We were moved from another Marriott on our first night in Orlando because they said the room we'd reserved had a maintenance issue and there wasn't enough availability. The other property arranged for us to go to Fairfield Inn by SeaWorld. That change was inconvenient, but we understood that maintenance and availability problems can happen. At Fairfield, the front desk offered to move our whole six-night stay there so we wouldn't have to relocate again. They reassured us and confirmed all six nights. But the next morning, after we'd already gone to the parks, we got a notice telling us to check out. Staff then said they had no room for the remaining nights. We spent most of a park day on the phone trying to sort it out and find somewhere to stay. Fairfield didn't honor what they'd agreed to and made no meaningful effort to fix things. The manager even blamed my wife for their mistake. Marriott Corporate Customer Service didn't help mediate between the two properties either. I know mistakes happen, but I can't recommend Fairfield at Seaworld to anyone hoping for a good Orlando trip.

The check-in agent was friendly, and we got an upgraded room with a living room where we could relax. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and the hotel shuttle to and from Universal Studios was a big help. I'd stay here again. Recommended.

We spent two nights here over three days and had a pretty good stay 😊 The hotel is centrally located near several restaurants and parks, including SeaWorld and Aquatica. Our room was comfortable, and the amenities were good too 💯 I'd come back on another trip ✨

I've stayed at plenty of hotels, and this one was easily the worst. The free breakfast was very basic, and they didn't even have black tea. Staff seemed short-handed all the time, and when I raised a problem, the manager was rude. They had my email entered incorrectly, so I never got a receipt. I tried calling several times with no answer. Eventually someone picked up, but I was left on hold for 25 minutes, and the manager was rude again. There's no on-site dining before 4 p.m., and my room wasn't as clean as it should've been. I won't stay here again.
