Breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty of choices and everything kept organized. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, so check-in was easy. We slept well in comfortable beds, and the room was clean, with a nice bathroom, fridge, and microwave. Good value for the price, and we'd consider coming back. A few things could use attention: paint touch-ups, missing handrails or handles in the elevator, and making basics like a hair dryer and extra bags easier to get without asking.

The updated rooms were a plus, with no carpet or cloth furniture, and zip covers on the mattresses. The bed felt firm but soft, the water was hot with great pressure, and the TV was large enough that I didn't have to squint. The hotel was quiet and smelled fresh. They even provide mouthwash, and I liked that they clear spider webs from the ceiling. I'd book again if I stop in Terre Haute. There was a mold spot on the shower ceiling, and my blow dryer didn't work, but they sent a replacement. My item on the table shouldn't have been on the video, but something was wasted inside it. Also, they should fix the random metal things sticking out in the elevator.

At 10 pm, a bunch of teenagers went screaming down the halls and slamming doors, disturbing the whole floor. I called the front desk, and it seemed they quieted down after that, so credit to whoever handled it. Customer service was great. The rooms weren't terrible and the beds were good, but the room quality felt poor and unfinished. The door wasn't fully painted, the elevator had no handles, there were no blow dryers in the rooms so you had to ask, and we didn't have bags for dirty clothes. It felt more like a motel than a finished hotel. For what we got, $60-120 a night wasn't worth it; I think it should be more like $30 to $40.

Debi at the front desk was friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The lobby looked remarkable, and my clean room seemed updated with everything working. It could use more outlets, though. Breakfast was very good for the price.

I spent about 3 months at Quality Inn of Terre Haute while my house was being renovated. The rooms were clean and updated, the beds super comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They treated me like family, and when it was time to leave, I almost didn't want to go. Prices are very reasonable and well worth it. Quality In. is the only hotel I'd stay at in terre haute, and I'd recommend it to someone looking for a nice, CLEAN place with reasonable prices and friendly staff.
