Fairfield Inn Suites Terrell

Fairfields do a good breakfast bar, and this one did too. The room was clean and comfortable. In person, the service was better than I expected for this price range.

I contacted the Fairfield hotel in Terrell more than a month ahead to ask about event space pricing. I called about once a week for updates, and each time they said they had my information and someone would get back to me. No one did. I finally got a call just one week before the date I needed the space, after I’d already had to look elsewhere. Waiting a month for a basic pricing answer is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of communication and professionalism. The customer service and event coordination were awful.

JR was amazing helping us with the setup for our 60th class reunion, and the staff have always been wonderful here. This wasn’t our first reunion at this location. Thanks, Fairfield, for making it such an enjoyable event.

Melissa and Julia at the front desk made the stay feel personal and easy. They were warm, professional, and very welcoming. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Terrell was spotless, modern, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a quiet, relaxing feel despite being right by Buc-ee’s and the highway. Breakfast was fresh, organized, and better than I expected, so mornings were easy before heading out. One of my best Fairfield stays, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone passing through.
