I’ve come to count on Marriott when I’m in the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and I’ve always gotten the view or room location I requested. Staff are welcoming and attentive without hovering, and the welcome bags, bottled water, and other little touches are appreciated. Check-in has been smooth whether I use the app or the desk, and the room has been ready when promised. The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to help. The noise made it hard to sleep, and my requests for a top-floor room and extra pillows weren’t met. When guests bring up problems, they shouldn’t be put off by added charges or dismissive replies instead of someone trying to help. This place seems more suited to people who come to party and don’t mind noise, rules, or poor service. As a Marriott member, I didn’t get the level of service I associate with the brand, and I’m reconsidering staying in this network. This is just my own experience, shared to help other travelers judge whether the property suits them.

Really pleased with how clean and safe it felt, and it seemed great for families too. The morning front desk staff were so welcoming, and housekeeping went above and beyond to handle our request. 100 stars across the board!

The room was nice, clean, and had a comfortable bed, but customer service was the real problem. I’m a Marriott Platinum member, if that matters. The app upgrade wasn’t honored, I was charged for a bottle of water and two coffees, and the Marriott vouchers I was given weren’t accepted at the Marriott bar, even after I ordered two drinks. So where are those vouchers supposed to work? The bar employee chased after me outside, and the front desk and bar staff seemed not to care. Avoiding the bar and reception may be the safest bet. After traveling around the world with Marriott, this is the cheapest-feeling place I’ve seen. I suspect the owner or manager is cutting corners, since even Platinum members are charged for everything. Chased by a bartender.
