Moses at the front desk made the biggest difference in our stay. He greeted us with a warm smile whenever we came in, handled check-in and our questions easily, and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming from beginning to end. Thanks to Moses’s professionalism and kindness, we’d gladly return and recommend the place.

It’s peaceful here, with no loud noises, and everyone is cordial and accommodating. For Texarkana, this is the best and most affordable hotel. If you need somewhere to get away and be alone without draining your bank account, you can come here and rest your pretty little heads. There’s plenty of space. I paid for a week, but after I was told to report to another work site the following Monday, I checked out on the same day I extended my stay. It’s been over two months and the company still hasn’t returned the money I’m owed, even though everything was in order when I checked out. They refuse to refund me. The managers can’t be trusted: one is Hispanic and named Moses, and the other is a redheaded woman named Stacy at the front desk. This business is a fraud and will try to keep your refund. Never stay here!

I’ve stayed here several times because the rates are affordable. Some rooms have been really nice and well kept, while others needed repairs and cleaning. The front desk staff have improved a lot compared with the past. Diego made sure I was comfortable and addressed my concerns respectfully and promptly. His extra attention to service is why I’ll come back.
