Farhan and Raeann were kind and professional, and the hotel was clean and welcoming. Raeann at reception helped us out when I'd accidentally booked a king instead of queen beds, and they were happy to accommodate the change. When one of us developed allergies in the Plano area, they also offered us an allergy-free room, which made a real difference. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the thoughtful service. Highly recommend it.

My second room smelled as if there were a dead animal in it, and both housekeeping and management agreed. The AC unit was also exceptionally loud. Housekeeping sprayed some kind of Ecolab air freshener, and maintenance brought in a machine that shut off as soon as he left. Before that, I'd been put in a room right by a very noisy highway. This was about two weeks ago. I usually get a follow-up survey after every stay, but this hotel never sent one, which I found interesting. I'll never stay here again. Avoid it.

Tetiana at the front desk was professional and hospitable, and they left me a birthday card, which was a lovely little touch. The hotel itself was very new and clean, and the staff were so nice.

The hotel was in great shape, and most of the staff were wonderful, but we had trouble getting a decent night's sleep. Neighbors stayed loud until after 3 a.m., the curtains wouldn't close all the way and let bright outside lights in, and the ice maker beeped loudly on our final night. We tried several times to reach the front desk overnight without success. When I mentioned it in the morning, nobody acknowledged the problem or apologized. It was a fine hotel otherwise, but the lost sleep and lack of response were frustrating.
