The shower was great, though I’m short and wish its heads could be adjusted so I wouldn’t have to get my hair wet. Breakfast was very nice, especially the fresh yogurt machine and strawberry mini pancakes, and the water bottles at check-in came in handy. Our room was just as nice and clean as the one we stayed in two years ago. We only planned to stay one night because the location wasn’t ideal for our itinerary. We booked through the website, not a third party, and the staff were more than accommodating about canceling the rest of the reservation. We’d happily book here again.

The hotel felt spotless, fresh, and modern, with bright décor that still made it relaxing. Breakfast had plenty of good options too. What stood out most was how welcoming Miss West and her team were from the moment I arrived. The night staff were especially friendly and attentive, always ready to help even late at night. They clearly care about their work and go the extra mile for guests. TRU by Hilton is the best hotel in the county, in my opinion, for comfort, style, and service. Thanks to Miss West and everyone there for such a memorable stay. I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were amazing. My only issues were the lifeless pillows, I had to stack three to get one normal pillow, and the shower water pressure was terrible.

After a long day of work and travel, the people at the front desk were exactly the friendly company I needed. They were fun, charming, thoughtful, attentive, and full of joy. I almost wanted to hang out with them. I stay in plenty of hotels, and this location had the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. The chain is great too, and the pillows are amazing, maybe the best in the business.

The location is ideal, with Top golf, restaurants, food, and plenty of things to do nearby. This is one of the best Hilton properties in Dallas. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay great. West and mavin took good care of us and made sure we had a wonderful stay.
