Budget Inn Motel

The room was fantastic, but I was charged $100 from my deposit over one dirty towel that wouldn't come clean. They only gave us two towels. How can one towel cost $100? I had dirt from my face on it, and it wasn't even that bad. Even if the stain really wouldn't come out, that's far too much to replace a towel. Towels can be washed with soap, detergent, or bleach. Please return the money you took from me. This isn't okay. Dear Budget Inn, you've been reported to the better business bureau and still haven't responded. My booking agent has also asked you about the $100 charge. You are wrong to charge me that much.

The place was pretty noisy, with people making a lot of noise late at night and again early in the morning. Otherwise, it's worth stopping at. The location was easy to find, check-in staff were friendly, and parking worked well for motorcycles. The rooms were pretty good, with a real coffee pot and good water pressure.

For the price, we had a really nice experience. The family who owns the place was sweet, pleasant, and accommodating. We loved staying here.

At 2 a.m. there was a couple banging and moaning through the wall right beside our bedroom. We called the front desk to ask for a different room, but they said none were available and insisted the TV worked. It didn't work at all. Now we're worried we'll have trouble getting on the road and traveling safely.
