The breakfast bar was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty of hot water. The A/C unit was kind of noisy during one of my visits, though I eventually got used to it. That’s why I rated the room four stars. I was happy with my stay.

The bathroom in our accessible room was poorly set up. With the shower lip level with the floor, water kept soaking the whole floor, and the toilet moved because it wasn’t properly secured. There was nowhere to set personal items, no hooks for towels, and no place in the shower for soap or other things. The place just feels dated and needs remodeling.

I remember carpet from my last visit a few years ago, so I think renovations may have happened. This time the room was very clean, but the beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor with only a thin cushion. Replace those beds and, honestly, there wouldn’t be much to complain about.

The complimentary breakfast had lots of delicious choices. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay. The woman at the front desk especially went above and beyond to make things a great experience.
