Falls Motel

Rob and Andrea took such good care of us after a rough 24 hours. We'd been towed, then slept at a dealership while waiting for a car part. When we arrived, Rob went out of his way to get us a clean, comfortable room. I'm very picky, and it was extremely clean. They're friendly, down-to-earth people, and the price was well below typical summer rates. We've stayed in many hotels, and this is one of our favorites. Thompson Falls and the Falls hotel feel like a little piece of sunshine and heaven on earth. I almost hesitate to share that and let the secret out. If you're in town, this is where I'd stay. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a rustic feel that gives out-of-staters a real Montana experience. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom and towels to the crisp, fresh sheets, which matters to me because I'm very particular about linens. I've traveled across the United States three times and haven't found a motel this clean. Thompson Falls is picturesque, and this is one of the coziest, most rustic motels I've stayed in. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were welcoming, polite, and friendly. Thanks, Falls Motel, for the immaculate rooms, friendly staff, and great facilities.

Parking right outside the room made unloading and getting settled easy. The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. I had a good breakfast at Minnie's Montana Cafe nearby, since, as far as I could tell, breakfast wasn't included. I'd definitely come back.

We'd stay here again if we're in the area. Our double queen room was a nice size and had a fridge with freezer and a microwave. It's dog friendly, and our stay was quiet and pleasant. A park is close by, along with a nice bridge walk to the falls and the salmon ladder and dam. Trains pass, but we barely heard them with the windows shut and the AC and fan running. The rates were much better than along I-90.
