We've been here five weeks now and really love living here. Friends who lived here years ago, before buying their homes, told us how much they enjoyed it, and that meant a lot to hear. The grounds are lovely and give the place a peaceful, relaxing feel. There are sunny spots and shady ones, and we love seeing the oak trees against the blue sky or the pink and gold sky at sunset. It's quiet here too, except for one dog who misses his owner when left alone. After living in a noisy neighborhood, we welcome the calm. At night we can hear Great Horned Owls calling to each other. So serene. The management and maintenance teams respond quickly to messages through the Resident App, whether it's a general question or a repair. The maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and communicative, and take time to listen to what needs doing. Great job, team! Thanks to Jenny as well for being professional and positive. She helped make our move smooth and made sure new residents get a good sense of the place. You can tell she cares about helping people, both current residents and those moving in. If you've read this far, maybe you're thinking of moving here too. Take the step of faith and move in!

I liked the layout when I checked the place out. The grounds were really clean, and the layouts were great. Pretty nice!

Everything's always working after Rodolfo comes by, and he's always on time. He's the best service tech.

Rudy gets an A+. My heater was out and the sink was clogged, and I was his last appointment, but he stayed late to fix the sink and did what he could with the heater. Since it needed more service in the morning, he brought me a space heater for the night. He was quick and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciate how caring and friendly he was.
