The two queen garden Suite worked exceptionally well for accessibility. My mom is 91 and uses a wheelchair, and I could roll her chair into either bathroom and care for her easily, including in the roll-in shower. With her walker, she could get in with very little help. The hotel was very clean, and I’ll definitely return. I also want to thank Cameron at the front desk, who was always polite, friendly, and engaging.

I travel every week and stay at Hilton properties, but this one was a huge disappointment, especially given its great location. The staff were so rude that they ruined the whole experience. I meal prep for my trips, and the fridge was blowing hot air when I woke up. It spoiled all the food I’d brought for the week, about $100 worth, so I had to throw it out and will have to spend more eating out. Kristina at the front desk brushed off my concern and didn’t seem to care. Maintenance did replace the fridge, but by then all my food was spoiled and there was nothing left to put in it. The TV also stopped working. Just an unenjoyable stay.

The bathroom was especially clean, which really makes a difference. The room was spacious, tidy, and had updated amenities, and the morning breakfast was more than I expected. A very nice hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

I was only here overnight, but everything went well and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was roomy and clean. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and the interstate.

I came to NC for work and stayed a couple of nights. The room was comfortable and well cared for, and the A/C worked and the shower was hot. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel always seemed to be getting cleaned and refreshed. Glad I stayed, and I’d return if I’m back in the area.
