The staff made us feel so welcome, especially at the front desk, where everyone was friendly and helpful. Our four-night visit was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, and the whole property feels new and very well cared for. Breakfast was lovely too. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Coachella or Desert Cities area.

I was driving back to Az from LA and stopped because I was getting tired. I asked about a top-floor room, but since I checked in early, none was available. I was still glad to get a clean, nice, new room. A couple of hours later, Sinahi at the front desk moved me upstairs to a suite. She was really kind and helpful. The gentleman who took back my old keys was courteous too. Thanks, BW staff, and goodnight!

The breakfast is top notch, and there are great drink options in the lobby throughout the day. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I keep coming back whenever I’m in the Palm Springs area. The hotel is handy to ARCO, Dennys, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and the casino across the 10. The suites are roomy and well kept. The beds are a little firm, but the bedding is clean and comfortable.

The main downside was seeing a lot of homeless people in the parking lot asking for money as you walked to your car. Still, my son and I had a really enjoyable stay, and I’d absolutely come back. Our room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was good, and there was fresh coffee available 24/7. We liked the pool, though it could use more lawn chairs. Also, thanks to the front desk lady for finding AA batteries for my son’s headphones.

We were traveling a long way, needed some rest, and had no plan. Other hotels weren’t working out, but Chris and the team made us feel at home and were so accommodating. The clean room, heated pool, and hot tub were amazing, and the gentleman making breakfast really knows what he’s doing. This place saved us. Highly recommend!
