We lasted about five minutes in the room before leaving, even though that meant losing what we'd prepaid. I wasn't going to have my family stay there. When I told the front desk we were checking out, the response was basically, “meh.” There was cardboard spread across the floor, and I didn't dare lift it to see what it covered. The shower was dirty, the AC smelled, and the bedding was ripped. Parking was easy and the wifi was fast, contrary to other reviews I'd seen. The location is good too, near the park entrance. Still, avoid this place.

There was no hot water during our stay, which made things really uncomfortable. We decided to leave after the first night. The hotel then refused to refund us, even though an essential service hadn't been provided. A very disappointing experience.

The check-in employee was polite, and the location is convenient for Sequoia National Park. But we couldn't reach the air conditioner, some lights didn't work, and there were no tissues. The beds were uncomfortable, too.

The room was dirty, with wet towels and blood on the sheets. The minibar was leaking onto the floor, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. There was no 5G either. After we checked in, the person at the office disappeared. They have another hotel 10 minutes away, and we were told to move there. They kept our money and wouldn't refund us. It felt dangerous. The location isn't worth that risk.

We fled after about an hour, having spent that time documenting what we found. There was blood on the bed, along with all kinds of mushrooms and fungi. From the moment we entered, the place felt like a nightmare. I can't say anything good about it, and we're still waiting for a refund. When I get back from vacation, I plan to report the hotel to the Environmental Health Department, DCA and Code Enforcement Division. We gathered evidence for all three agencies. I hope other people report it too. This place is a health hazard and should be closed as soon as possible.
