We stayed in the largest cabin with two adults and two dogs, and it was just right. After days on the road eating fast food, having a big kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook, except the food, was a real help. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and linens. Water pressure and temperature were great, and the lights at night made things feel especially relaxing. It was quiet and peaceful after busy days out. If the flowers are blooming, take a moment to smell them. It's a lovely place to stay when visiting sequoia np.

For the price, it was a nice little motel, and we'd consider coming back if they fix the AC. In Room 5 (The Rae), the mini-split worked, but even in AC mode it only blew warm air, so June was pretty hot. There's no ice-maker either, which meant a drive to the market for a bag of ice. The room did have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig with complimentary coffee. Wi-Fi worked well, and the pool looked nice, though we didn't get a chance to use it. They emailed to check whether we needed anything after arrival, and were always reachable by phone for local restaurant suggestions.

Recently renovated, including the pool. The rooms are small but clean, modern and nice. The mattress could've been softer, and there could've been some lights outside at night.

For $150 a night, this wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't stay here again. We couldn't get into our room until 8pm on check-in night because the wifi was down and the keylock wouldn't work without it. Once we got in, we found very wet patches in the carpet. They were still there over our two-night stay. We told the customer service text line, and they apologized but offered no fix or reimbursement.

The motel has been completely remodeled, with a comfortable bed, new mini-split A/C, clean shared laundry, and a brand-new pool with lounge furniture. It's only a few minutes from the national park, which is a great location. I could see this being a five-star stay, but they need someone on site to handle maintenance. The shower door was fitted backwards, making it hard to get in, and there were cobwebs and leaves around the pool grounds that needed cleaning. I hope they sort out those small things. I'd definitely return.
