The front desk associate was lovely and accommodating. Since the elevator was broken and our assigned room was on the third floor, she helped us move to another room because my wife is pregnant. The new room was dirty, though: a filthy sweatshirt was left in the bathroom, my son found a toy from the previous guest, some towels were stained, and it smelled musty. The bathroom had lots of mismatched paint spots from repairs, and the pullout bed my son planned to use was dirty. It was obvious nobody had vacuumed under its cushions. The staff were great, but the room was bad. When I book a hotel, I expect things to be nearly perfect regardless of the price, especially the staff and room. I hope the owners recognize the front desk staff and improve room checks. They need to audit housekeeping and maintenance. The room problems earned this an honest two-star review.

I had a great stay and don’t really know what some of the other reviews mean. Everything worked, the elevator was running, the sheets were fresh, and there was plenty of hot water. My room was clean, and I had no issues at all. I’d definitely stay again.

Kinda janky. There was trash left in my room, the toilet seat was gross, and the remote wouldn’t control the TV properly. It only turned the TV on and adjusted the volume. The bed’s really comfy, at least. I hadn’t tried breakfast when I wrote this, but they had toast and cereal.

We only ended up here because of an unexpected death and funeral in the family over a holiday weekend. We told the staff we needed an early check-in and four rooms, but only one was available. They kept trying to charge my card two days before arrival and again after we’d checked in and paid. The front desk service was awful, the rooms were dirty, and visitors were fighting in the hallway. There were yellow stains on the sheets, the halls and rooms smelled bad, and the mirrors had black marks. This place is unreal and deserves no stars. I don’t know why Wyndham’s name is attached to it, let alone “suites.” I’ll sleep in my car before I ever stay here again. Any reviews calling it clean with friendly staff must be paid, fake, lies, or about a different place. Never again.
