I regret staying here. The room feels old and seedy, like one of those movie hotels where people “on the run” hide. I paid for non-smoking, but I smell smoke whenever I get into bed. The sink water never gets hot, and there’s no bathroom fan. When I arrived, there was a dead moth behind the toilet, the remote had no batteries, and the room had only one set of towels, so I had to ask for more. I think the people two doors down live here.

My family and I are staying here now, and it’s trash. The worst part was waking up with huge bed bugs crawling on me. I have pictures for proof. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and a used washcloth was still hanging wet by the sink. There was a half-eaten apple beside the bed, glass shards on the floor where my one-year-old son found them, and another shard along with coffee grounds in the ice bucket.

We’ll be coming back at least once a month. My wife was struggling on the stairs to our upstairs room, and the clerk noticed and arranged a nice ground-floor room for us before we went in. Thank you so much.

The front desk staff were really nice, but the room and location felt sketchy. The room wasn’t very clean, there was mold in the bathroom, and the ice machine was disgusting. There were a lot of questionable late-night activities in the parking lot, and it was also really hard to get towels from the front desk.
