Tasha Clark was so helpful to me and my family, and made us feel comfortable. We had a great stay during the Chicago Marathon. The room was clean, nice, and affordable, and the customer service was great. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

I used the same washcloth and large towel all weekend. Even if I’d been willing to pay to exchange them, I couldn’t, because the front desk was locked up and nobody was there. Service was appalling. They charge guests to swap dirty towels for clean ones, and changing the bedsheets costs extra too. That should be basic courtesy at a hotel. To the owner or proprietor: taking people’s money this way will catch up with you. You’d better hope you can outrun it. I’d give this place no stars if I could.

There were things in our room that really disturbed us. Contact me for the video! Before that, I’d asked about checking in early. They couldn’t guarantee it and said they’d call when our room was ready, but nobody did. We went shopping for five hours and came back at 3. There was a woman with a pitbull in the lobby heading for the elevator. She invited us to get in, but we didn’t want to ride with the dog.

The rooms are nice, but they’re always only half cleaned. There’s human and dog hair everywhere, and I had to ask for towels. People complain about noise here, even though we weren’t loud enough to deserve a complaint. They knew ahead of time I’d have my toddler with me. They have “quiet hrs,” but that doesn’t mean my kid can stop being a kid. Staff wouldn’t hear me out and said they’d ask us to leave if the noise continued. I’ve stayed here before, but this was my last time. It’s not kid friendly.
