I've used this hotel twice now and would stay again. Booking on Hotels.com was easy, check-in was quick, and staff were very polite. The room was spotless and fully stocked, and the continental breakfast was satisfying. Check-out was just as simple. It's a clean, quiet, affordable option in the Titusville area, with easy access to the interstate, fuel stations, and restaurants.
The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and generally kept up well. Housekeeping was acceptable, though some details could use more attention. The biggest letdown was breakfast: no fresh fruit or espresso, no table service, and only disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery. In 2025, that felt unacceptable for both quality and sustainability. I expected more from a Marriott property. The breakfast really lowered my impression, and I left disappointed with Marriott's standards.
Breakfast was warm and well stocked, and the pool and gym were clean. Betty at the front desk was welcoming and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. The rooms were great, the beds comfortable, and the mini refrigerator stayed cold continuously instead of using a short-run cool-down button.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. My husband and I usually choose Marriott locations, but this experience has us rethinking that. I dropped my wallet in the hallway without realizing it, and the front desk called me. When I got it back, all $200 in cash was gone. Police were called, but the desk didn't know the non-emergency number. When police asked for camera footage, they were told they'd have to wait until the General Manager returned, days later. The next morning, people outside our room told us money had been shoved in our door jamb and fell to the floor when we opened the door. Someone had returned $69. One of them was the woman who had turned my wallet in the night before. She said the money was still inside when she handed it over, folded and standing upright, and described exactly how it was arranged. It disappeared between her handing it to the front desk and my going down to retrieve it. The General Manager's lack of professionalism was even more disturbing than the missing money. I had to call several times to get a return call, and she wasn't very empathetic. Marriott headquarters told me the hotels are independently owned and seemed surprised at how she handled it. The General Manager had told me she couldn't do anything and that it had to come from headquarters, so either she doesn't know her job or doesn't care. I wouldn't feel safe or cared for here again, though I'd be open to speaking with the General Manager.
We checked in at 11 PM after a 10 hour drive, and right away were told one of the computers was down. When I asked for a first or second floor room at the desk, the staff member said their new system wouldn't let her change the room I'd been assigned. I questioned that because the person ahead of me got a first floor room, and was told she had priority because she was a senior. Our room was extremely hot, with barely working AC, and only six pillows for four people. After midnight, my husband asked for more pillows since each person needed at least two. The front desk girl said two other guests had already asked and they were out. So I paid $300 for one night and two of us had just one pillow. Absolutely ridiculous. We'll never return. Leaving this to warn others.
