The mattress and comforter weren’t very comfortable, and I woke up with some back pain. The shower was weak, and light came through the gaps in the curtain rings, so a sleep mask would help. Still, the room was clean, and the strong bleach smell when I walked in made it seem freshly cleaned. It’s an older building, but the room had useful basics: a fridge, microwave, handwash, paper towels, hair dryer, and a lamp with charging ports. There was even a sound machine. A few things to be ready for: no hangers, no iron, no bathroom exhaust fan, and no mirror in the room except a small one in the bathroom, which made getting dressed or ready tricky. The coffee maker was rusty, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. For a short visit, it was a simple, clean, no-frills budget stay, as long as you can manage a few comfort limitations and bring any small essentials you need.

This older place is fantastic for the price. Our room was extremely clean and the queen bed was super comfortable, though the pillows could be better and the curtains could give a little more privacy. There isn’t a traditional front desk, which is probably better for people who aren’t super needy anyway, lol. Customer service is just a text away. This will be our go-to before cruises from now on.

The price was unbeatable, and check-in was seamless and easy. Manager Kay greeted us and was extremely friendly. The little boutique motel looks remodeled and is adorable, plus it was extremely clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it if you’re passing through.

The smooth check-in and thoughtful details made this a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, with a towel display, nice bed linens, and ceramic coffee cups that made it feel like home. The key and instructions had been left for me in advance. Incredible professionalism! Scott
