The Westmoor

The library is my favorite place at Westmoor. It’s cozy, and I really like the setting and lighting. I also enjoy the apartment window views. When I visit friends here, I often find the building lively and people friendly. The staff have been supportive and addressed my concerns. In spring and summer, I especially like the backyard, with its green trees and room to walk and enjoy nature. I work out too, and the gym has good treadmills and ellipticals, along with a strength training room with a nice range of machines for different muscle groups. The game room is fun for hanging out with friends. It’s the people and nature that make Westmoor such a lovely place to be. 😊

The view has been the best part of my six months at The Westmoor Apartments. It’s calm and peaceful, and waking up to the quiet scenery feels like a break from the usual noise. The location is convenient too, especially being close to UT. Facilities are well maintained, and so far everything I’ve needed has been available. It’s been a really pleasant experience.

It’s a very nice, affordable complex with a great community. The landlords are kind and attentive to tenants’ needs, and the free gym and rec room are a great bonus. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The cockroaches were my fault, and I apologize to any UT students hoping for room #322 ☠️. I blame the initial invasion on the McDonald's on Dorr and Collingwood, along with my mental hygiene issues and all those Dorr dash orders. Is it just me, or did that McDonald's have Toledo’s best chicken nuggets? I heard that branch isn’t doing so well anymore. They were the fastest to Westmoor, though. I only wish I’d taken pictures the couple of times I saw roaches crawl out of the bags and a 40-piece box.

I’ve had a nice experience living in this apartment. A big plus is that rent includes all utilities, which makes budgeting easier. The unit has a lovely backyard view from my room, a peaceful sight to wake up to. There’s also a coffee bar, library, and lounge that works well for relaxing or getting work done. Management and maintenance respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently, so living here has been hassle-free.
