After a long day, we arrived just in time for social hour. The woman at the front desk made us feel welcome, and those snacks were a treat. Our family of five fit comfortably in the room, with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The little kitchenette was handy for leftovers and made the place feel homey. Breakfast was tasty, and the woman keeping the food stocked was so kind. I enjoyed chatting with her. The location works well for visiting friends nearby, so we’ll be back.

I felt at home here and had a really enjoyable stay. Gabriel was especially kind, handling hotel work and driving the shuttle, and Joana took great care of us with breakfast and dinner. The wine was awesome, too. Glynda and the rest of the crew were lovely. Such a nice hotel with great people, and I’d highly recommend it.

The room itself was nice, and the beds were okay, though I have a bad hip so I can't really judge them fairly. The service was below par. At 10:12 a.m., while I was getting dressed, the maid came barging in and just stood there with the door open while I covered myself and asked to get dressed. She finally left, and I hurried to put on my clothes and gather my things, thinking checkout must be earlier. When I explained it at the front desk, the woman told me checkout wasn't until noon. So I hadn't needed to rush and could have relaxed longer. I asked if that was it, and she said I was good to go.

The whole process with Laceys Golf Carts was easy and stress-free. The team were friendly and knew their stuff. I'd recommend them for dependable service and good value.

The free breakfast and social hour were a plus, and the rooms are spacious and quite nice. There weren't many outlets, though, and the TV felt behind on technology. During my four-night stay, the key cards stopped working repeatedly, so I had to get them redone three times. Housekeeping also missed the bathroom supplies and cleaning, and my room hadn't been vacuumed.
