Royal Inn

Niagara Falls was memorable for the scenery, but this awful hotel was part of the trip too. Royal Inn BLOWS! The room was mediocre and had a musty, horrendous smell that bothered my nose. Cockers, Australian for cockroaches, swarmed me while I slept hot and sweaty. There were also THREE tarantulas in the bathroom, two in the sink and one in the toilet. I was unlucky enough to find the one in the toilet, and it still haunts me. Apart from being in the Niagara Falls area, the hotel has absolutely nothing to offer.

You can walk to almost all the nearby malls from here. Mcdonalds is right across the street, so the location is very convenient.

The service is nasty. As soon as you walk in, there’s ignorance, and no one seems able to speak to people without being rude. It’s sad that they have their whole family living at the motel and show them how they treat us, like we’re trash. This place should be shut down. It feels more like a family stay location for them. They act like they never see people in the real world, and it’s sad how they get help from us and then look down on people.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there’s a tasty sub place within walking distance. But it was super overpriced for a place without morning coffee or tea, or even ice. Bring small bags or none at all, since our door couldn’t open more than halfway before it hit the bed.
