I slept well and never heard the other guests, and I was glad to find the mattress and pillows fully encased with no sign of bugs. They allow cats too, which I appreciate since plenty of places that call themselves pet friendly only take dogs. Breakfast was fine, and the doughnut holes were a nice touch. For the room price, though, I expected a cleaner floor. I also wish it weren't carpeted; the hallway looked a bit dingy. Not awful, just not very appealing.

William Hayes made us feel so welcome. He treated my husband, our service animal, and me like celebrities, and his warmth made a real difference while I've been feeling down with life's struggles. I'm grateful to him from the bottom of my heart. The hotel is lucky to have him, and we'll definitely return. Great hotel and service.

I can't recommend this place. In the suite style room, the furniture was filthy, with black marks on the arms and white powder all over it. The floor was sticky and covered in some kind of white stuff. There was visible mold in the sink, the fridge hadn't been cleaned, and I found blood on the lampshade and hair in the bedding. The sheets were as poor quality as they could be.

I checked out just a few minutes after checking in because I found bed bugs in my room on the second floor. The hotel and room looked clean and well maintained, so it could have been an isolated incident, but I felt I should report what I found.

The front desk staff were great, but that was about the only bright spot. The curtains had mold all over them, the whole room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom was gross. I didn't feel comfortable or clean staying there, even for one night.
