The neighbors are nice, and the kids we met were sweet. A lot of people here seem to be trying to get back on their feet after financial struggles, and most are good people doing their best. Eve in the office is very nice and tries to help where she can. The rooms are decent, but you’ll need to clean your own room if you want it fresh and truly sanitized. People smoke weed throughout the day and night, and the smell gets into your room. Management also enters your room while you’re out, so expect that if you stay awhile. It’s run like a housing project, yet costs too much for what you get. If you don’t book online, it’s $400 to $500 a week. Taxes are waived after a stay of more than a month, which lowers the weekly cost. There’s no credit check. This isn’t a good fit for someone who just needs a room for a night or weekend. If you do stay, keep your room clean, mind your business, save your money, and pay the weekly amount on time. You should be fine.

I’ve been staying here for about eight months and really like it. The place is fairly quiet, the rates are good and lock in, and I’ve had no problems with anyone. No bugs, little creatures, or major issues. Eve is super nice and works with you. The maintenance people are very nice too, and housekeeping is respectful when I’m sleeping during the day after working overnight. Some people still smoke in their rooms even though it’s not allowed, and the smell comes through the bathroom vents. I don’t blame management for that, it’s just something you have to deal with. A little plug-in air freshener can help. I’d suggest a top floor room, and if you’ll be staying awhile, go monthly since it’s cheaper.
My stay has been pleasant apart from a few things in the room that I’ve been waiting almost three months to get fixed. The front desk staff are great, especially Eve. She’s wonderful.
This is a good place for a long stay, with clean rooms that feel safe for small children. The housekeepers are nice and will help with anything that needs doing. Eve is wonderful and fair, and she gives people plenty of chances to follow the property rules and do the right thing. If you’re not willing to follow those rules, this isn’t the place for you.
Management was awful. I used to stay there and was recently thinking of getting another room, but when I was sitting in the parking lot, I was rudely told to leave. They even took pictures of my car and license plate.
