We paid $130 for a revolting room. It was filthy, with stains on the sheets and fecal matter on the toilet seat. The owner said he'd refund me $20 if I didn't post a review, but never followed through and wasn't apologetic. We'd arrived late after driving all day, and were too tired to find somewhere else. We booked through Bookings online, but their computer had crashed, so they didn't know we were coming. At least the staff tried to find us the least dirty room. In other places, $130 would get you a clean room with a fridge. Be warned.

The night worker was very sweet and thoughtful, but the young woman on the day shift was rude and disrespectful when I asked her a question. She acted as if I was bothering her. My family and I had stayed here a year earlier, when a kind older woman worked days and her husband worked nights. The owner is very nice, and they're doing some remodeling that should help the place. We came back over the holidays, but my family and I won't stay again while that young African American woman is working there. Her race has nothing to do with it. She disrespected my 86-year-old gran Father, and I feel bad for the people who work under her.

I wouldn't come back, mostly because I'm annoyed by what felt like false advertising. I chose this place over a nearby hotel that was $10 cheaper because the Google listing promised donuts, bagels, muffins, and more with the free breakfast. Instead there were about ten juice boxes, a few yogurts, one kind of cereal, and coffee. The room cost $87 for one night in a single queen bed, so the extra $10 didn't feel worth it. The room itself was pretty good, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The walls are thin, but luckily our neighbors were quiet. I didn't see any of the homeless people or transients mentioned in other reviews. The desk staff were friendly. Two hours before we arrived, I called to make sure there'd be a room. The man said they had one and wanted a credit card to hold it, but I took my chances and didn't give my card number to a stranger over the phone. When we got there, he said three rooms were available, which seemed kind of fishy.

Don't stay here. My daughter was covered in bedbug bites. When we showed the owner or manager the bites and the bugs on the mattress, he offered another room. She pulled back those covers too and found even more bedbugs and their shed casings. He yelled, "what do you want me to do? I can give you new sheets." He's the owner and, from what I saw, has no intention of bringing in a professional exterminator. While we waited, another customer came in complaining about bedbugs and cockroaches in his room. Worst motel ever.

I paid $1200.00 for a month in what was the worst motel I've ever stayed in during my 67 years. I asked to move downstairs if a room opened up because of my disability, but spent the month beside a man who seemed to have mental issues. He threw things at the walls, hit and stomped on them, and yelled profanity inside and outside at all hours. Police came twice, but his behavior didn't stop. I felt scared and couldn't rest. The room needed cleaning and disinfecting, and the broken door meant the keys never worked. I got five keys, all useless. My husband or I had to stay there to lock the door from inside and let each other in. I discussed it in Roseburg New name Quality Value Inn. They told me I couldn't get my money back and should take them to small claims court. I had no money to go somewhere else, so I had to stay.
