Topeka Plaza Inn

They told me I’d get my money back in 7-10 business days, but it actually takes 30 days. They also take an extra $50 every time you pay, which seemed stupid to me, though I didn’t think much of it at first. The whole thing doesn’t make sense, and I wish they hadn’t lied to me.

This is my third time here, after stays in July 2017 and 2018, and the rooms look much better than the motel next door. The sheets are clean, towels and washcloths are clean and available, and the carpet is cleaner too. If you want a comfortable, quiet room and friendly staff, come on over to Plaza Inn. A really positive stay!

I arrived at midnight and chose this motel at the last minute. The staff were welcoming, the room was neat and clean, and I had no problems during my stay. It’s not a new place, but as a homeowner I know how much work goes into keeping up with small details. You can see little signs of repairs, a dab of paint here and there, and I think they’ve made a good effort to maintain it. I’d stay again, and I thank the managers for their hospitality. We were worn out on the drive home from KCMO to CO, having been up all day without taking a nap before we left. I found Plaza Inn on Google Maps and we stopped there. I usually avoid hotels and motels, but it was nice enough, quiet, and clean enough for me to sleep soundly. I could smoke in the room. The night and day attendants were both friendly. I paid by credit card and left a $25 deposit. Best part: no bugs. Thanks, Plaza Inn!
