I was on the second floor, where the rooms haven’t been redone since the hurricane, and that shows, though everything was still in decent repair. The first-floor rooms were hit by the storm and have all been renovated. The older room wasn’t quite up to my standards. The pool was okay. You only get one towel per person for the whole week, so bring extras or pay $2 per load to wash and another $2 to dry.

The rooftop was a lovely bonus. We sat comfortably and watched the sunset with a full 360-degree view. The 2/2 room was super nice, and the cookies and water waiting for us were much appreciated after a day at Fort Desoto park. TI Beach Club met our needs and expectations, and the location is hard to beat. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We’d recommend it and come back 😊

We ended up here at the last minute through RCI after the place we’d been scheduled to stay at had problems and had to close. This is a comfortable old-style timeshare with a friendly feel. It had a lot of hurricane damage from a while back, but there are new windows and doors and fresh paint.

The rooms are decent, and I’m sure they’ll get to the smaller details once the ground floor is finished. That floor was completely flooded in the horrific hurricane seven months ago, and the place is only just getting back up and running. There wasn’t any service to rate.
