The staff were hospitable, and the place has a nice mountain feel. Our room was fresh and non-smoking, though pot smoking is allowed on the property since it’s legal here in Colorado. It’s a modest local vintage motel with plenty of character, done up nicely. The heating and cooling units, flooring, and curtains have all been updated. There was good hot water with a handheld shower, plus a huge TV with cable, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Coffee is available in the office.

Ricky was fantastic and made sure we had what we needed, working around our tire appointment so we could check out when it suited us. We arrived late in our travel trailer after a flat on Interstate 25, and he also suggested a nearby restaurant that was both close and delicious. The facilities were great, but the service was even better. What a great dude. Highly recommend!

The guy at the office had a great personality and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. He was really nice and didn’t pressure me about anything. We wanted somewhere simple, and this worked out well. I got a double bed in a big room with all the appliances. My kids also found a little playground out back and had fun. We enjoyed staying here as a family, and I’ll come back when I’m in Colorado again.

Ricky was especially friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a nice TV, refrigerator, and microwave. I stayed here with my dog while traveling through Colorado, and we both found it peaceful, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a pretty spot at the edge of town, along a quiet road into town where I even saw a deer one morning. I’d happily stay again.

The man who runs the motel was kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the price was very good. It’s right off the highway, across from a Walmart, with nearby restaurants easy to reach. You can park right in front of your door. Our room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with a partly modernized look that still has an old-time feel. It had a large TV, microwave, fridge, desk, and lamps. We were very happy with our experience. Highly recommend.
