It's a tiny bit better than most, and the area feels safe, right by the highway. The bathroom and needs were decent. But there were tiny ants all over our things and in our bags, so don't leave food out or in the microwave unless you want ants on it. The fridge was nasty on the outside, and the cabinets and baseboards need updating.

Reginald is beyond awesome and has GREAT customer service, and the hotel was a warm place during this freeze. Those are the only good things I can say. I'm relocating here but my new apartment isn't ready, so I have to make this work for the next couple weeks. I researched reviews and photos carefully, but I'm overwhelmed by the reality and hope this honest review helps someone else. There are sugar ants everywhere, including the restroom. The stove was filthy, there were no toiletries except two tiny bars of soap, the AC is horrifically loud, the room has a weird smell no matter what I spray, and the walls have yellowish stains. They switched me to a room dirtier than the first one. There's no working room phone or internet, despite the free Wi-Fi listing. I called from my cell phone, and Veronica hung up before I was finished talking. I haven't had room cleaning at all, and no towels or linens were changed, so I had to wash them myself. There's also constant noise from people in the hallway and doors slamming from 12-2am, and people smoking Marijuana outside. Please stay elsewhere unless you're okay with all these issues, including no working phone or Wi-Fi. I can see why reviews say Veronica is great, because she tells people to write that after switching rooms. She told me to as well, before all this mess, and I was dumb enough to do it. Good thing there's an edit button. I can't stress how bad this has been. Moving somewhere new is hard enough without being in tears over this kind of service.

Veronica has been fantastic throughout our stay. She's great with me, my husband, and the other guests, and really receptive to what people need.

The office staff members were kind, but management was never available to discuss anything. We spent three nights here without any housekeeping in our unit. There were no towels in the room on arrival, and they provided only one soap. The beds were thin and hard. The elevators didn't work at any point during my stay. Traffic noise from both the highway and street came right through the walls. The phone and foyer were unusable if you needed guest services outside business hours. Many rooms seemed to be occupied by people staying long term, and the hallways smelled of food from various cultures. The mix was horrible, thick, and stale. Avoid this CHOICE hotel option. My experience was definitely not good.
