Getting ready with three people was a hassle because the suite has just one sink. The mirror is inside the closet, so bring a makeup mirror if you’re visiting with family. Another mirror in the bedroom would help. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut properly either. We had to wedge the soap dish against it, and even that only worked a couple of times. The place was very clean, including probably the cleanest jacuzzi area I’ve seen. Everyone was so nice and quick to help with whatever we needed, from towels to more coffee. Breakfast downstairs was great, and the woman at the bar was helpful and patient with us while we were tired. Thanks to everyone at this location. You deserve a raise.

The place looks like a motel from outside, yet parking costs extra every day, which I’d expect at a cheap motel, not one charging $300 a night. For that price, I also didn’t expect outdated equipment, an old slow card machine, or uncomfortable beds. The walls are thin, so you hear the screaming kids next door, and guests get put together even when the hotel is mostly empty. There are hidden fees that aren’t on the site or app, and staff give inconsistent answers about what’s allowed. Ask why the rules change depending on who’s at the desk, and they get an attitude. Some ask which floor you prefer or whether you want a room by the pool; others don’t. This used to be a good place to stay, but it hasn’t been for the last couple of years.

The location is convenient, with lots to do a fairly short distance away, and the place has an upscale feel. It was very clean, and I didn’t see any bugs. The front desk staff were friendly. I bet the courtyard looks beautiful when it’s in full bloom. I’ll definitely visit again.
