I’m here on a work trip and so far it’s been really good compared with other places. I used to be a housekeeper, so I understand rooms can’t be perfectly spotless when there are so many to do in a day or not enough staff. My room only had a bit of soap gunk on a shower shelf and, if I’m nitpicking, a crumb on the chair. I’m not picky. It smells clean, there’s a public gym, and there’s complimentary coffee and breakfast. The pool is closed for maintenance, but that’s no big deal to me. Seth and Hannah have both been great to talk with, helpful, and polite.

We’ve been here about a week, and the front desk staff talk to us like family. The manager has been incredibly helpful and professional. We travel a lot and stay in plenty of hotels, and I can say confidently that we haven’t stayed anywhere cleaner or with friendlier staff. We’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Troy, Ohio.

This is a pretty standard HI Express or business traveler hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the reception quick and pleasant, and breakfast had plenty of options. I’m still hoping Carbon's Golden Malted waffles come back. The pancake machine is surely cleaner, but it feels gimmicky and the pancakes are mediocre at best. That’s not this location’s fault. With a Boujee Aldi across the parking lot, all you need in the room is the microwave.

We found the hotel easy to reach, just off the highway, and the beds and room were comfortable. There was a nice range at breakfast, plus free coffee and water and a cute hot cocoa station for guests. The place could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable during our stay.

Everyone we met on staff was really kind, and the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was fresh and good too. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
