I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels throughout the year, but this one really impressed me. It’s clean, quiet, and feels brand new. They’ve thought of all the little things you miss on the road: ice and distilled water on each floor, complimentary earbuds in the gym, and guest laundry. The gym is big and beautiful, with a separate space for floor work. There’s a nice lobby and breakfast area, giant windows in the rooms, chocolates at check-in, and optional climate-controlled indoor parking. The staff are friendly, too. It’s walking distance to a great mall and a short ride downtown. After comparing prices with downtown hotels, I’d choose this one every time. Loved it!

Liany Gutierrez went above and beyond to make sure our guests were happy and got the group discount, even after the room-block period had ended. We hosted our wedding block here, and the experience was amazing. For the price, the quality is unparalleled. The staff were very friendly and even left us a handwritten card, a gift basket, and a complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you to everyone there. I couldn’t recommend the place more.

The breakfast was great, and the public areas looked very chic. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the hotel had no trouble cleaning it on both days we were there, which we needed with the kids. It’s very well run. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the Madison area.

The pool was super clean and fun for every age, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was phenomenal, like going down to a five-star buffet, and everything felt clean and fresh. I’d stay here again.

The location is excellent for a longer stay, with Super Target, Metcalf's grocery store, and Hilldale mall across the street, plus plenty of good restaurants nearby. I was here while my wife had a multi-day stay at UW Hospital, and found lots to do between visits. The heated parking ramp was a nice winter luxury. It’s a new, very clean, well-maintained hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful with a few unusual requests. Breakfast had nice options. The restaurant and bar looked good too, though both were closed when I visited in early January. I highly recommend it, especially for stays longer than a couple of nights.
