Hilton Garden Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

Breakfast is perfection, and Ms. Sophia and Mr. Steven make a great team. Everything was super delicious, and they deserve a raise. The customer service was amazing all around, from the front desk and housekeeping to the server, bartender, and chef. Best place to stay in the area!

The attendants and servers were very nice, and the flatbread pizza was still good even with pepper jack in place of the missing mozzarella. But the prices were the main issue. The steak was overpriced, and there was no breakfast included. Even if you were willing to pay extra, the chef hadn't come in to make it. Cracker barrel wasn't far away, at least. I'm waiting to hear if we'll get a discount. Apparently the manager or decision-maker didn't arrive until 30 minutes before checkout. If they give me a considerable discount, I'll be much happier.

The restaurant was a nice bonus, with good food served quickly. Sophia was a really great waitress and took excellent care of me. Shame she's never watched Seinfeld. That needs to change!

The shower was the whole experience for me. I stepped in planning to rinse off the airplane grime, and that water pressure and temperature took me straight back to childhood, before flow limits took away the dream of getting clean with water alone. There were the usual three wall-mounted pump bottles, and I even reached for the shampoo, but the showerhead's blast swept away every plan I had. For a while I was lost in memories, dreams, and the feeling of having no responsibilities. Maybe I'd found some kind of Nirvanic afterlife I don't let myself believe in. Then the stars seemed to spin overhead, and time stretched until I couldn't tell how long I was in there. When I came out, my toes and soul both felt clean. 10/10, I'd do shower apotheosis again.
