White Orchid Apartments

The location was good, but honestly a hotel would have been better. The listing promised a kitchenette with a stovetop, blender, mixer and toaster, but those weren’t there. It did have the listed fridge, coffee maker and microwave. It was very hot inside even with the A/C running full blast, since the ceiling fan didn’t work. The bed was kind of uncomfortable, and the bedding was much too warm for Florida weather. We also didn’t have outdoor space. There was a deck outside our second-floor door, but I believe it belonged to the property owner. Check-in was a hassle: we were first sent to a different "white orchid apartment" building, and after we figured that out, the door code still didn’t work even though we were past check-in time. Luckily, the property owner was on site and fixed that quickly. The bathroom sink was clogged too, but the owner fixed it quickly as well.
