The sunset view is spectacular, and you can’t beat this location. The shallow water in this part of Cape Cod Bay is warm and calm, nice for swimming or wading. We also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs, beach recliners, and picnic tables outside. Our room was clean and roomy, the beds were comfortable, and having a kitchen was a plus. We would’ve cooked more if there’d been bags for the under-sink bin. I contacted management about getting a trash bag. After a string of unnecessary questions, I was told they’d take care of it. Someone texted later that morning to say they’d bring some up, but they never did. When I followed up, my text got no reply. Other reviews suggest this lack of follow-through isn’t just my experience, so an issue you report may not get addressed. Parking was limited. Two nights after dinner, I had to use the handicapped spot because there were no other spaces and no street parking. I asked my Vacasa contact if that would be a problem and got no answer. It’s a lovely place, but service and communication were poor.

The sunsets from the property are beautiful, and the area is very dog friendly. It was a great spot for beach walks, right on the ocean and only a short drive to Provincetown. Swimming wasn’t ideal because there was so much seaweed in the water. The smoke detector was overly sensitive, going off from a little shower steam or cooking, and we heard other alarms too. The walls are thin as well, so we could hear people walking upstairs and suitcases rolling along the upstairs hallway.

We had a relaxing short vacation here, right by the water and close to Provincetown. The beach area has sand, umbrellas, tables, and lots of chairs, and there’s one parking space per unit. The outdoor balcony had pretty furniture and a gorgeous view. Inside, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was big, the kitchen had what we needed to cook and eat in, and the shower was fantastic. There’s no divider between the balconies, but that didn’t bother us. Jonah helped us when we arrived. Nearby there are plenty of beaches and scenic spots, and Moby Dicks, a BYOB seafood family restaurant about a 15-minute drive south, had excellent food. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful long weekend. The beach was quiet, and our room was clean with everything we needed. It’s a great base for Ptown, the dunes, and seafood restaurants. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.
