The rooms are all new after a recent renovation. We had a problem with our room keys shutting off at 9 a.m. on checkout day. The front desk turned them back on but wasn’t sure what had happened. Breakfast is free and has the usual items, but no meat or potatoes. The location is handy, right off I-285 at Northlake pkwy, with restaurants and shopping all around, including Target across the street. I’ll stay here next time.
Local shops are close enough to walk to, which is handy if you forgot something at home. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful with whatever accommodations you need. The rooms are consistently clean. Great place to stay.
The room seems clean, but several things were missing or didn’t work. There was a coffee pot without pods and an ironing board without an iron. The bedroom remote didn’t work either. It would help if they gave you the Wi-Fi password when you check in.
I needed some time away from the children and family for the holidays while dealing with a breakup and work stress. I spent two days there, the day after Christmas and the day before New Year’s. It was peaceful and relaxing, and I could still get my work done. The location is great, with stores and restaurants nearby. Worth it for a runaway mom.
The room was clean, and the price was affordable. Service was friendly and great from the moment I walked into the lobby until checkout.
