The hot breakfast came with the room and was quite nice, and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, modern, and practical, and this place costs less than most comparable hotels nearby. It’s right off Interstate 10, with a 24-hour IHOP just a short walk away, which is handy if you arrive late. There are also a couple of gas stations with small family-run stores. A solid option for an overnight stay in Tucson.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were pleasant and tried to help. The location is central. As in many cities, I wouldn’t walk around there after dark, and I’d leave nothing in the car.

We stayed for two nights, but won’t be back. Breakfast is included, though there isn’t much to it and it wasn’t worth feeling insulted by the staff. On my way to breakfast the first morning, clerk Elliott asked me for my room number as I passed the front counter. The next morning, the woman working in the kitchen asked for it too. Both times it made me feel as if I weren’t a guest, and I didn’t appreciate that. This hotel didn’t make us feel as welcome as guests should.
