We stayed in a room designated for dogs because, well, we have a dog. While I was playing with her and looking for toys, I found someone else’s underwear. I wasn’t searching for this stuff, I came across it with the dog and her toys. This is the second Hilton property my wife and I have stayed at in as many days. My previous review was about beer cans left in the room. This hotel managed to top that. I’m so grateful for the extra clothing, which is an understatement. We’ve kept choosing these properties because we’ve had good experiences and were earning some kind of loyalty points. I guess loyalty only goes one way: I pay for a dirty room. After this trip, I plan to convince my wife to tell Hilton where to go and take their dirty rooms and points with them. The staff seemed good, the location and price were good, and they take dogs, but you might find extra unwanted surprises in your room. At this point, I’d say no to Hilton and wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed here with my two kids and had no problems. The staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and everything in the room worked. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was just the right depth for younger kids. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Julian was an amazing waitress, really awesome. The rooms were clean and nice, but the doors and key cards wouldn’t unlock. The woman tried programming 20 cards, and not one worked.

Carmen made breakfast feel special with how genuinely kind she was, and Isaiah was so helpful when we showed up earlier than expected and needed to switch rooms, which was our mistake. The people here really stood out. We’ve had some of our best hotel service at the Hilton in Tuscon, and it was a pleasure to find that kind of care these days. It made my day. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean, though the room didn’t look like the photos, unfortunately. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh; we didn’t try anything from the menu. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and made any issues we had feel minor.
