We walked in, saw pee stains on the bed and blood on the box spring, and left for another hotel. When we asked for our money back, the staff refused and kept over $300, without seeming to care. Just gross. Don’t waste your money here.

The price was very low, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and stocked with the basic amenities. It was quiet, without bothersome neighbors. The staff were courteous and gave us space when we wanted it, which I appreciated. The location felt a little iffy, but the place was worth it. I’d recommend it.

I’d take roaches over worrying that someone might steal my things. The room was small, but for the price I didn’t expect a palace. We checked it, locked the door, and left to doordash. A few hours later, our door was unlocked, the bed had been moved around, and a light was on. Luckily, nobody was inside. Staff said they didn’t know what happened, though someone would have needed an actual key to unlock the door. I asked for a refund and was denied, even though we’d spent less than five minutes in the room. It felt like they had broken in while we were out, and might have taken something if we’d left anything there. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I’d give negative stars if I could.

It’s quiet, clean, and well managed. The rooms are nice and clean, the people running the place are friendly, and a grocery store and restaurants are only a short walk away. I wasn’t bothered by anyone, but the men’s homeless shelter made me uncomfortable as a woman staying alone. I tend to avoid situations like that. If it doesn’t bother you, this place is great.
