Great room for the price. Don’t judge it by the cover.

I never stayed here myself, but my daughter did. On the few times I stopped by to see her, it was always quiet and the room looked clean enough. It’s a little outdated, but compared with other motels on Benson Hwy, it could almost be a resort. No roaches! I don’t know the rates, but you can rent by the day, week, or month. The owners also own the laundromat right next door, which is very clean and kept cool in the hotter months. I think a pool would bring in more motel customers. They could also charge people who aren’t staying there an entrance fee to use it, and it would pay for itself over time.

The room surprised me, it was better than I expected from a south side Benson Highway motel. It was pretty clean and spacious, laid out more like a one-bedroom than a studio, with a real kitchen in its own room off to the side. We had no disturbances and it stayed quiet the whole time. I’m not sure about the service since my boyfriend handled the booking and front desk.

It’s a little steep in price, but the people are really nice, the rooms and parking lot are clean, and it’s quiet. There’s no strange or questionable behavior going on here. They keep things peaceful for the customers. I’d recommend it to anyone who can afford it. It’s worth staying at, a very respectable place.
