The rooms are dingy, with visible filth everywhere, and I can't understand how this place is still operating. Damien at the front desk was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I've encountered. He spoke to me like I was a child and wouldn't give me towels when I asked. The staff were just as nasty as the hotel. Do not stay here.

The location was decent, but there were roaches in our room and plenty more outside it. My family saw four in the room. The front desk is supposedly open 24 hours, but nobody is there from midnight until 7:30. One morning I left with my babies and came back before 7:30, couldn't get a new key or any help, and sat in my car for two hours until someone arrived. The man at the desk in the mornings was rude and had a smart mouth whenever I needed something. They also tried charging me $250, then $200, $150, $100, and finally $50, claiming we smoked in the room. I'm heavily pregnant and nobody in my family smokes. The weekend woman was very sweet, though. In general the service was terrible. They don't seem to care about accommodating people or families, and they try to charge for anything they can, with an attitude about it too.

I booked after calling ahead to ask whether a late check-in would be okay because my flight arrived late. They said yes. When I got there that night, nobody was at the desk and no one answered the phone. I asked for a refund, but they said I was marked as a no-show and refused. At first they told me they must have closed at 12 on those two days. When I called again, they denied saying that and claimed they are always open, and that the desk person must have been helping someone in a room at 1:30 in the morning for an hour. Very strange, and very rude. I've never had staff treat me this badly.

I usually choose cheaper hotels when I travel because I don't spend much time in the room. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but the place needs serious updating. I heard them at the front desk talking about how many repairs each room needed, and the ice machine was out of water. Judging from other reviews, that seems to have been the case for a while. The room wasn't up to par. The bathroom smelled odd, the floors were dusty, and my allergies got pretty bad inside. They nearly disappeared as soon as I stepped outside. I know it's a budget hotel and I wasn't there much, but the room should at least be bearable.
