Flight problems meant we didn't arrive until around 1:00 a.m., and finding a place this good so late was a real relief. The property was well maintained, and our room felt fresh and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bed linens and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and organized, with plenty of choices, including eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, and more. We were very glad we found this hotel and would stay again.

Breakfast at 6 a.m. worked perfectly with my doctor's visit, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel looks either new to the area or renovated. I liked needing a key card to enter the hotel, restrooms, elevators, and other downstairs amenities. Having a second key card to turn on the room's electricity reminded me of Europe. The water only got lukewarm, but that was warm enough for a quick shower.

We came during spring break and soccer tournament weekend, so the hotel was full. The room itself was great, but we had problems with both the pool and internet. The pool wasn't heated and there were no towels. They apparently don't do laundry on site anymore, so we were given a bath mat to use as a pool towel. Wi-Fi connected, but there was no signal inside the hotel to load anything. I paid for early check-in and ended up not needing it, arriving at the normal time, but our room still wasn't ready even though it was supposed to be ready at 11 a.m.

The bathroom setup was hard to manage with a bad knee and hip. There was no grab bar by the toilet, so sitting down and getting up hurt, and the shower floor was slippery enough that I had to lay towels down. Management didn’t respond, so we had to buy adaptive equipment ourselves. The beds were comfortable, though set high enough that getting in and out was awkward and painful. The room was otherwise clean, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained.
