The rooms are clean, though noise comes through from all sides because the sound isolation is poor. Staff are helpful and courteous, and there's a decent breakfast. Parking costs a nominal $15 per day. Downtown can take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes depending on the day and time. Getting into and out of the parking lot onto the side streets is tricky, especially for left turns.

I first stayed here in 2021, and the affordability, efficiency, and cleanliness made me love the Tru chain. I'm glad those values haven't changed since then. I usually like to switch things up, but for now I plan to return to this location whenever I visit Seattle. Love this hotel.

The breakfast and shuttle are both handled by the same woman, and she was amazing. Peter was great in the evening too. Several employees really showed how much they add to the Hilton brand with their customer service. The rooms were clean as well.

I was waiting for a friend who was staying there when I urgently needed a restroom. They refused right away, saying, “We don’t have public restrooms!” This was a really cold response to an urgent need. It’s about basic decency and hospitality, and being turned away left me very disappointed. For a service business, it felt unwelcoming and completely without empathy.
