We were settled in for about 30 minutes before roaches started coming out from every dark corner, so we packed up and left. They refunded the money. When we arrived at 8:00pm on a Sunday, we had to call the number on the wall to get someone to the desk. The elevator and tile looked unclean, but I tried to be flexible since the Chili Bowl was on that weekend and rooms were either sold out or very expensive.

We wanted a quiet weekend getaway, and this hotel suite finally feels like the right place for us. It's cozy and homey, almost like having our own apartment, and it's in a great location. We haven't had trouble with the neighbors or staff, and it's very quiet. My husband and I have been trying different Tulsa hotels every other weekend, and now we've found one we love and want to return to.

The whole place was in terrible shape, from the front door to every room. Walmart bags were taped over the smoke detectors and sprinklers, and there was someone's haircut in my trash. There was hair in the tub, bed, sink, and on the floors, with dust so thick you could write in it. The front desk was no help. We drove in from Kansas City and left on the first day, but they refused to refund the two rooms we had booked for two days. Horrible place. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the rooms were super clean too. The ladies at the front desk were accommodating and quick to handle requests. The night manager responded quickly as well. I plan to stay again!

I checked in at the last minute on a hectic day, and Rhonda and chelsea at the front desk did an awesome job. I had left my keys in the lobby, and manager chelsea checked the cameras and found them for me. This is a trustworthy hotel. Be nice to these women and they'll do what they can for you. I'll be back!
