Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Central

I got a great night's sleep during the day, thanks to Sarah at the morning desk. I'm a night shift worker, and needed a room while work was being done on my house during regular work hours. I contacted the hotel to ask if I could check in at 9 a.m. so I could sleep, and they let me. Sarah checked me in and put me in a modern, clean, cool room away from daytime noise. I slept from 9:30 a.m. until around 5 p.m., took a hot shower, and checked out feeling amazingly rested. The room was quite clean, the air conditioner was fantastic, and I slept soundly. Thank you, Hampton Inn, for a fantastic stay.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's one of my favorite places. It's a safe, welcoming hotel with kind people, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. The staff take care of what you need and make you feel like family. Ashley, Lindsey, and Zach especially! Awesome place to stay.

The clean rooms, good mattress, nice bathroom, and top-notch breakfast should make this a five-star stay. The front desk experience dragged it down badly. I waited to check in with no one at the desk, parked and unloaded my luggage, then searched around, even behind the desk. Eventually I found the clerk in the kitchen making coffee at 5 p.m. Checkout was the same. After two trips carrying things to the car, I pulled it up and still found nobody at the desk. By then, seven people were waiting. I found the clerk vacuuming the dining room at 11 a.m., checkout time. Come on. Maybe it's a staffing issue, but that doesn't make it okay. I thought I could use the app, but it doesn't handle check-ins or checkouts. What good is it? I deleted it. I trust private equity is enjoying its few extra pennies.

The renovations deserve credit, Team Hampton Inn Tulsa Central. The rooms were top notch, with a great layout, plenty of outlets and closet space, good water pressure, a large TV, a well-designed bathroom with a big stand-up shower, and all the amenities you could need. The AC and heater were awesome, and everything was clean. Zach at the front desk, Ashley the GM, and Kaitlin the Director of Sales were all extremely nice. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Keep up the great work. Customer for life!
