I usually don't spend time writing reviews, but I'd like to help someone avoid a disappointing stay. The woman working there was rude when another guest asked if she could make more coffee. They advertise free breakfast, but the choices were unpeeled boiled eggs and a small waffle machine. In my view, there's really nothing to offer in the morning, and they shouldn't promote breakfast. I'd give the place three stars at most, and that's generous.
Update after speaking with the GM: the reservation was canceled, and all is well. The staff at the property gave wonderful service. Apparently, my call had been rerouted to a call center, though the posted number was correct. I didn't stay, but I hope to in the future. Originally I booked two nights, and the website said I could cancel up to an hour after check-in. A conflict came up, so after spending 30 minutes looking for a number, I called customer service. They said I couldn't cancel because it was within 24 hours of the first night, and wouldn't cancel even the second night or refund anything. The representative hung up while I was giving my information. The contact details on Google didn't seem to reach the hotel either. I was out at least $75 and left with a bad feeling. I thought I probably wouldn't book with Wyndham again.
Whenever work brings me to Tulsa, this is where I stay. It's a great hotel, and I appreciate the respectful, friendly staff. Henry is a great young man who's already growing into a well-rounded GM. The location works well for me, just a quick drive to work and a few minutes from Hard Rock Casino.
For the price, I had a great stay. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. A good place to stay.
I only stayed for around six hours and just needed a shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it had what I needed.
