Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Midtown

I called at 6:30a on arrival morning and asked for a suite with a tub, since the king suite we'd had in July 2025 only had a stand-up shower and tubs are easier with a toddler. They made the change! I also asked for a crib as a backup in case the one I was bringing didn't work, and that was done too. I spoke with Austin on the phone that morning. Thank you, Austin, you got our stay off to a great start. I'd wanted to give the place another try after being pleased with our July stay, so my family and I came back for Thanksgiving this year.

There wasn't a single complaint from me. The place was very clean, with impeccable landscaping, convenient parking, and a safe, secure feel. The hallways were quiet, and restaurants are within a five-minute walk, with food and gas close by. Breakfast was quiet and offered a wide range, from healthy choices to the usual basics. Management, maintenance, housekeeping, and the rest of the staff were accommodating, polite, and professional. I'd come back and stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. It was good value for the money. I have status, though, and expected the usual perks and amenities that come with it; they weren't provided this time. Still a solid stay with excellent service, but recognizing loyalty benefits would improve it.

The hotel is nice, with large, clean rooms and a good breakfast. The slow internet cost it a star. I'd recommend Residence Inn.
