I forgot a bag in my room when I checked out in a rush. Miss Stephanie kindly went back to look for it so it could be sent to me, which I really appreciated. She and Miss Shayla at the front desk were very courteous. I stayed two nights and found the hotel very clean and well run, with a safe parking lot and a quiet atmosphere overall. I'd stay here again.

The management was fantastic, and the location was exactly right for us. Our room was exceptionally clean and completely quiet. This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. If we come back, we'll stay here.

The lobby-floor men's bathroom was disgusting, with feces all over the floor, and it wasn't cleaned for more than 10 hours. The elevator was awful too, making a lot of noise and shaking a lot.

I've only got one complaint: the second-floor ice machine hasn't worked any time we've stayed here off and on over the past nine months. The staff are very friendly, and breakfast is the best, with a really good selection.

I had a great stay. When my rental car battery died as I was leaving for a meeting, Mrs. Lee at the front desk helped me out and even jump-started the car so I could make it on time.
